New customers’ payment terms are “cash/check on delivery” (C.O.D.) Net payment terms can be discussed after the first few successful transactions.

There is no minimum order requirement for our items; however, there is a minimum quantity. For example, our boxes are sold by bundles, our tape and film are sold by cases.

We will provide a sample to ensure you are completely satisfied with the custom size/design before moving forward. If you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. No product(s) will be accepted for return and/or credit without prior consent of Unipack. Buyer must notify Unipack of the return in writing within 7 days of invoice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. Customized and Personalized orders cannot be returned under any circumstance.
